1. Performance characteristics
Smooth operation, long life, small moment of inertia, high precision, stable operation, and the requirements of modern standards in the enterprise with various performance indicators are higher than the fan industry standards, ensuring that the fan is in the leading position among the peers. Wide application, the fan can be made into explosion-proof type according to the requirements of use, which is suitable for forced exhaust of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas occasions; it has been tested and passed by the provincial and municipal technical supervision bureau for many times, and users can use it with confidence.
2. Installation points
The foundation installed by the manufacturer of the exhaust fan must be higher than the roof, the surface must be flat to prevent water leakage, and the anchor bolts must be embedded. A layer of 5mm rubber plate is added between the fan base and the foundation to reduce vibration. The anchor bolts shall be equipped with spring washers to prevent loosening during use.
The pipe diameter of the fan outlet can only be enlarged but not reduced. Finally, the air outlet shall be equipped with an insect-proof net, and a wind and rain cap shall be added when the wind is biased upward. In case of snow in winter and freezing date, it must be started frequently to prevent heavy snow from blocking the fan outlet. The fan and air duct shall be connected by hose, the length shall not be less than 200mm, and the pipe diameter shall be the same as the inlet and outlet of the fan.
3. Use environment
Exhaust fan manufacturer installation is installed on the exhaust ventilation, due to the particularity of the installation environment, determines the special material and structure of the fan. The fan is equipped with a device to prevent air backflow after shutdown. Because the fan rotates at high speed under the action of hot pressure, the wind speed in the air duct increases a lot. The fan backflow is very unfavorable to the start of the motor, and may be damaged due to excessive starting current.
