The muffler elbow adopts the outer corner and inner circle structure, which is beneficial to improve the muffler effect, reduce the resistance loss, and reduce the regeneration noise. The shell is made of steel plate (or galvanized plate), and the sound-absorbing material is glass cloth wrapped with ultra-fine glass wool. The wooden frame (or steel frame) is used as the keel to ensure the stability of the sound-absorbing material under high-speed airflow.
Short arm muffler elbow (R = 100 ~ 500mm) has the advantages of small size, light weight, low resistance and good muffler effect.
When the ultra-short arm muffler head is used for the narrow location of the machine room or the original building to improve the muffler system, the elbow is used for muffler treatment to achieve the purpose of reducing noise. The shell is made of high-quality galvanized sheet, filled with 50mm sound-absorbing blanket, and decorated with glass fiber cloth. Generally used for wind speed not more than 8 m/s.
The ultra-short arm elbow has the best sound absorption performance in the 250HZ range. Therefore, it is very effective to eliminate the medium and low frequency noise of the fan. The arm length can be specified by the user but cannot exceed the value of A 400 used in Japan today. Otherwise, the superiority of the ultra-short arm elbow does not exist.
Microplate muffler elbow uses microplate as sound absorption material, which has the characteristics of small friction resistance loss, no dust, no fear of oil mist, water vapor, high temperature airflow, and wide application frequency range.
