BF type fan box installation points:
1. The fan box should be arranged on the floor or platform as much as possible for maintenance and repair; when the motor power of the centrifugal fan is less than or equal to 75kW, the valve for starting may not be installed. When the centrifugal boiler induced draft fan is selected due to the discharge of high-temperature flue gas or air, the starting valve shall be set to prevent the motor from overloading during cold operation.
2. The mounting pedestal (foundation) of the fan box shall have sufficient strength, stability and durability, and the vibration of the pedestal shall meet the following requirements:
1) The natural vibration frequency of the basic device shall not be greater than 1/3 of the rotating speed of the motor and ventilator.
2) The difference between the vibration speed when the fan box is running and the vibration speed when the fan is stationary should be more than 3 times.
3. The connection between the inlet and outlet of the air box and the air duct shall be provided with flexible joints. The air inlet duct, air outlet duct and other devices shall be separately supported and firmly supported by the foundation or other components of the building, and the casing shall not bear the weight of other parts.
4. When the fan box is installed on the building components, vibration isolation measures should be taken.
pay attention to the use of fan box:
a. The foundation of the fan shall be horizontal and firm, and the foundation height shall be ≥ 200mm.
B, fan and air pipe with hose (flexible material and non-burning) connection, the length should not be less than 200mm, pipe diameter and fan inlet and outlet size is the same. In order to ensure that the hose does not distort during the operation of the system, it should be installed with moderate tightness. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent the fan from being sucked in and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.
c. The steel support of the fan must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rubber damping pad must be added between the steel support of the fan and the foundation. All fan and motor components are installed on the whole steel bracket, and the steel floor frame is installed on the damping pad on the top of the foundation, and the damping pad is made of porous rubber plate.
