The diagonal flow fan, also known as the mixed flow fan, is a fan between the axial flow fan and the centrifugal fan. The impeller of the diagonal flow fan makes the air move both centrifugally and axially. The movement of the air in the shell mixes the axial flow and the centrifugal. Two forms of movement.

Principle:
The meridional acceleration method and "quasi-ternary" flow theory are applied to design the mixed-flow fan with conical wheel structure, twisted wing blades, and a collector or arc silencer at the air inlet.

Structural features:
The diagonal flow fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, outlet guide vane, motor and other components.
The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected into a whole with three-section flanges. The outlet inlet is connected to the pipe network along the air flow. The inlet air collector is made into a sword-closed streamline shape. It is equipped with an integral structure composed of sound-absorbing screen plates. The outlet is equipped with guide vanes, so that the outlet air flow has good air flow distribution and stable pressure holding.
Use:
Oblique flow fan can be used as general ventilation, the conditions of use are as follows:
1. Application place: as a general factory and building indoor ventilation, can be used as input gas, can also be used as exhaust gas.
2. Types of gas: air and other non-combustible gases, harmless to the human body, non-corrosive gases to steel.
3. Impurities in the gas: no viscous substances are allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150mg/m3.
4. According to the special needs of users can also be designed with magnetic motor drive, to achieve stepless speed change, variable air volume structure type.
5. Gas temperature: not more than 80 ℃.
Performance selection:
1. The performance of the fan is checked according to the performance table. The performance listed in the table is the performance within the highest efficiency range. It is divided into six performance points according to the flow rate. When selecting, the performance table shall prevail.
2. The qualified product performance of the fan factory is that the full pressure value does not exceed 5% at the rated flow rate.
3. The performance selection table is based on the fan performance under the standard state. The performance required by technical documents or orders shall be based on the standard state. The air state under the standard state atmospheric pressure B = 101325Pa, atmospheric temperature t = 20oC, and relative humidity φ = 50% shall be converted according to relevant formulas when the actual use conditions do not conform to the above.
4. Fan installation can be divided into vertical and horizontal, such as vertical installation must be indicated when ordering, if there are special requirements on flow, pressure and other performance parameters, our factory will design and produce for you.
Installation using:
1. When the fan is installed, all parts shall be fully inspected to see if the parts are complete and if the parts are connected tightly [1].
2. When installing the fan, attention should be paid to maintaining the horizontal position of the fan. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation and the connection of the air outlet pipe should be adjusted to make it natural. There should be no forced connection in the anastomosis. It is not allowed to add the weight of the pipe to the parts of the fan, and it should be checked whether there are tools and other objects left inside the fan.
3. After the fan is installed, the impeller must be moved to check whether there is any phenomenon of impeller touching the casing. If it is found to be inappropriate, it must be adjusted. The fan should be used in the open air with rainproof measures.
4. The fan test operation shall be carried out after the overall inspection is qualified. In order to prevent the motor from overloading, the flow control valve shall be closed before the fan is started to make the start-up load-free state, and then the valve shall be gradually opened to run at full load or design working point.
5. If abnormal phenomena such as severe vibration and impact are found during the operation of the fan, it must be stopped immediately for inspection.
6. If it is found that the deviation of the operating point causes the motor load overload, in order to prevent the motor overload, the flow control valve can be turned down to make the motor within the rated current.
7. Remove dust dirt and other impurities inside the fan on schedule, and prevent corrosion.
