Between the axial flow fan and centrifugal fan, the impeller of the mixed flow fan makes the air do both centrifugal movement and axial movement. The movement of the air in the shell is mixed with the axial flow and centrifugal two forms of movement, so it is called "mixed flow".
Features:
Mixed flow (oblique flow) fan, the wind pressure coefficient is higher than that of axial flow fan, and the flow coefficient is larger than that of centrifugal fan. It is used in occasions where the wind pressure and flow are "not small. It fills the gap between the axial fan and the centrifugal fan. At the same time, it has the characteristics of simple and convenient installation.
The mixed flow fan combines the characteristics of axial flow and centrifugal fans, and the appearance looks more like a traditional axial flow fan. The enclosure may have an open entrance, but more often it has a right-angled shape that allows the motor to be placed outside the duct. The excretory shell expands slowly to slow down the flow of air or gas and convert kinetic energy into useful static pressure.
[SWF(B)] series low-noise energy-saving mixed-flow fan is a new type of fan between axial flow and centrifugal fan. It has the characteristics of high pressure of centrifugal fan, large flow of axial flow fan, high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise and convenient installation. The fan is novel in design, compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, easy to install, the speed is less than 2000r/min, and the noise is less than 75dB(A). When the fan is connected to the pipe and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB(A). Structural characteristics:
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, deflector, motor and other components. The impeller is welded to the hub with a twisted flat plate with meridian acceleration characteristics. After dynamic balance check and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing adopts a circular shape and is integrally connected with the wind collector with silencer function. The outlet is equipped with a deflector, which has good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
Performance selection:
The performance of the fan is the performance within the highest efficiency range. It is divided into five characteristics according to the flow rate. When selected, the performance table shall prevail. The full pressure value of the qualified product of the fan shall not exceed ± 5% under the rated flow rate. The performance selection table is the performance under the standard state, the standard state atmospheric pressure is 101325Pa,t = 20 relative temperature Ψ = 50% air state, and the fan installation mode can be divided into vertical or horizontal.
High temperature:
Excessive bearing temperature is one of the main causes of bearing damage. The main reasons for the high temperature of the bearing are as follows:
(1) poor lubrication quality. The purpose of lubrication is to make the dynamic and static parts not directly contact to produce friction, but to form friction between solid and liquid. If the quantity of lubricating oil is insufficient or the quality is poor, the dynamic and static parts will be heated by direct friction, or the heat cannot be taken away by the lubricating oil, which will increase the bearing temperature.
(2) poor assembly quality of rolling bearings. If the inner sleeve and the shaft tight force is not enough, the outer sleeve and bearing seat clearance is too large or too small.
(3) poor bearing quality. Sliding bearing scraping quality is poor, Wujin contact is not good or out of the tire; Cracks, chipping, peeling, etc. on the rolling surface of the rolling bearing will destroy the stability and uniformity of the oil film and cause the bearing to heat up.
(4) The sealing felt is too tight and generates heat.
(5) The bearing vibration is too large to bear the impact load, which seriously affects the stability of the lubricating oil film.
(6) bearing cooling water is insufficient or interrupted, affecting the heat out, and the bearing temperature.
